For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the 13jl online gaming website located at 13jl.club and all services, games, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Funds" means real-money deposits, winnings, and balances held in a Player's 13jl wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required by 13jl before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using real-money online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

By completing the registration process on the 13jl Platform, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all interactions with the 13jl Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, wagers, withdrawal requests, bonus claims, and customer support interactions.

These Terms are in addition to any specific game rules, bonus promotion terms, or feature-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the scope of that promotion only.

To register and maintain a 13jl Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual legal structure.
3. You are accessing and using the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from a jurisdiction in which real-money online gaming is lawfully permitted.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 13jl Casino or any of its affiliated game providers and payment processors.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the 13jl Platform or had a 13jl Account closed for a violation of these Terms.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the 13jl Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration and as part of 13jl's Know Your Customer procedures, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

Before any withdrawal is processed, 13jl requires the submission and approval of KYC documentation, which includes but is not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 13jl's compliance team to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

KYC verification is a one-time process per account and typically completes within one to two (1–2) business days of document submission, provided all submitted documents are clear and valid.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 13jl Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• 13jl staff will never ask for your account password through any channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must notify 13jl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, if your registered mobile number is compromised, or if your password is disclosed to or obtained by any third party.
• 13jl accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorized each action, except in cases of proven unauthorized access promptly reported to 13jl.
• 13jl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

Deposits. The minimum deposit on the 13jl Platform is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed only after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 13jl's finance team. 13jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts that trigger internal compliance thresholds.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during regular operating hours.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically settle within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during banking hours.
• InstaPay transfers typically settle within minutes; PesoNet may take up to two (2) business hours.
• Processing times may be extended during peak periods, maintenance windows, or when additional compliance review is required.
• 13jl reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to delay or decline withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion or compliance review.

All transactions on the 13jl Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 13jl does not charge currency conversion fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 13jl accepts no responsibility.

13jl offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms published at the time of each offer, in addition to the following general bonus rules:

1. Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those funds.
2. Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, progressive jackpot slots, and certain other games may contribute a reduced percentage or zero percentage toward wagering. Eligible game categories are specified per promotion.
3. One Bonus Per Player. Each promotional offer is available once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
4. Abuse & Collusion. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or matched betting strategies using bonus funds — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds.
5. Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the stipulated promotional period will expire and be removed from the player's account balance without notice.
6. Modification & Withdrawal. 13jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, provided that any valid bonus already credited and actively being wagered will not be retrospectively voided without cause.

All games available on the 13jl Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited to ensure provably fair and unbiased outcomes. The applicable game rules for each product are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All game outcomes are final once the result has been determined by the certified RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, once the dealer has announced the outcome.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded in 13jl's server logs, the server log record shall prevail.
• Technical malfunctions or errors in game software will be investigated. Bets placed during a verified malfunction may be void and the stake returned at 13jl's discretion.
• 13jl reserves the right to void any bet that is placed using erroneous or artificially manipulated odds, game states, or technical vulnerabilities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 13jl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds, as well as potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using third-party or stolen payment methods for deposits;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering through the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets or access the Platform in an unauthorized manner;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any Platform game or system;
• Colluding with other players, 13jl employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud in respect of deposits made to the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 13jl employees or other Platform users.

13jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only, and gambling should never be used as a means to generate income or address financial difficulties.

13jl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logout after a defined play session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your 13jl account. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Check Reminders: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying total time played and net results during your session.

13jl reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behavior, including but not limited to prolonged sessions, escalating deposits after losses, or evidence of gambling with borrowed funds.

All content on the 13jl Platform, including but not limited to the 13jl brand name, logo, visual design, software, game content, text, graphics, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of 13jl Casino or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are expressly reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without 13jl's prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 13jl Casino, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or service interruption.

13jl's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13jl does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability, for which 13jl accepts no liability provided reasonable advance notice is given where practicable.

13jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Multiple account creation;
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors;
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to the Platform;
• Any other conduct that 13jl reasonably determines is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon closure of an Account for a breach of these Terms, any remaining Funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is established, all Funds may be forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where applicable.

A Player who wishes to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting 13jl support. Any remaining Funds will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of all outstanding wagering requirements and compliance checks.

13jl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. 13jl does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

13jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 13jl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact 13jl's customer support team and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for good-faith resolution. 13jl is committed to resolving Player disputes promptly and fairly through its internal dispute resolution process.
